Where are orders shipped from? Orders are shipped from an international warehouse. Each order is tracked, and you will receive a tracking number by email upon shipment.
What is the delivery time? Allow between 2 and 4 weeks depending on your location. This timeframe is due to our international shipping process, which allows us to offer Brio at an affordable price.
Will I receive a tracking number? Yes, a tracking email is automatically sent to you as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also track your order in real-time via the "Track my order" page.

Can I return my device? Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of receipt of your order. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Contact us at contact@hielocare.com to initiate a return.
How do I request a refund? Contact us by email at contact@hielocare.com within 30 days of receipt. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Is the Brio device safe for skin? Yes. Brio is a cosmetic wellness device using gentle technologies — LED lights, gentle heat, and low-intensity vibrations. It is designed for home use and requires no special skills.
Is Brio suitable for all skin types? Yes, it is suitable for all skin types. In case of very sensitive skin, a skin condition, or ongoing medical treatment, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Is it a medical device? No. Brio is a cosmetic wellness device. It does not treat, diagnose, or cure any disease.
How long does it take to see results? The first effects (radiance, softer skin feel) are noticeable from the first few uses. Visible results on firmness and wrinkles generally appear after 3 to 6 weeks of regular use.
Is the manual in English? The manual provided in the box is in English. A complete user guide in French is available for free download on the product page.
